    Instructional Broadcast Services and Distance Learning provides instructional programming for students, teachers and administrators of the BT天堂 City Schools.  The deaprtment's tools, programming, production and delivery to the classroom, provide added dimension to the subjects being taught.  By the same delivery system, the department also provides administrative messages to students and teachers in a timely manner.
